MooD. What’s yours?
There are days when you’re in the MooD to compete. Others when it’s just about having a laugh on court with friends. MooD was created for just that: to cater for every MooD in padel.
We are the MooD Padel Academy — and we believe that learning to play isn’t about memorising moves, but about gaining the tools to make your own decisions on court, in the moment. This is the approach taken by coach Sara Meirinhos, who heads up the MooD Padel Academy: with five years’ experience and holding a Level II coaching qualification from the Portuguese Padel Federation, Sara doesn’t just teach technique — she teaches her students how to think through the game and devise their own responses on court.
